Our reputed MNC Client is hiring for HR Operations Executive role:
Shift: General
Work Mode: Work From Office (5 days)
Facilitate pre-boarding, onboarding, time & attendance, and offboarding of employees
- Documentation of new joiners as per internal and statutory requirements
- Onboarding and orientation of new hires
- Prepare and issue appointment, confirmation, promotion, and other letters
- Leave and attendance management
- Employee database management and HR records maintenance
- Indian Payroll management and resolving payroll enquiries
- Process full and final settlement of exited employees
- Benefits administration, medical insurance, and health insurance management
- Policies and procedure documentation
- Ensure exit formalities are completed as per laid down process
- HR reporting and analytics
- Support audits and quality reviews
- Prepare and publish HR MIS reports
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
- Proficient in payroll software or HRMS software
