Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive to support our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing core HR functions, assisting with client reporting, recruitment, employee documentation, and basic accounts. Roles & Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports for clients and internal teams Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment processes Maintain accurate employee records and documentation Assist in payroll coordination and basic accounts management Support HR policies, onboarding, and internal compliance procedures Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth HR operations Handle administrative tasks related to HR and operations Preferred Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field 1–2 years of experience in HR or Operations (interns with strong knowledge may also apply) Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation tools Strong communication and coordination skills Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently Show more Show less
