Job Description

Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews with candidates.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns.
Promote a positive work culture through engagement and welfare activities.
Ensure proper communication of company policies and updates to all staff.
Prepare HR-related reports (manpower, turnover, leave summary, etc.).
Ensure all employee documents are properly scanned, updated, and archived in the company HR system.
Support Dubai HR in maintaining compliance documents and audit records.
Liaise with overseas recruitment agencies and travel agents for mobilization and demobilization of workers.
Prepare visa request letters and follow up on visa stamping and flight bookings.
Track employee travel details and maintain records of arrivals and departures.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
