Job Description

To coordinate with Dubai office estimation engineers
Analyze historical project data and market trends to establish reliable cost estimates.
Evaluate labour, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs to determine total project pricing.
Develop cost-saving strategies and value engineering solutions during the bid stage.
Assist in risk identification and mitigation related to pricing and project delivery.
Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and specifications for upcoming projects.
Perform detailed quantity take-offs and material analysis using drawings and specifications.
Prepare cost breakdowns and build-ups for all elements.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals in response to tenders.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement, and planning teams for up-to-date cost inputs.
Prepare and maintain detailed estimation reports, tender summaries, and comparison sheets.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
