Role Description

full-time, on-site role for an Estimate Engineer

open to engaging experienced Estimate Engineers on a project-wise payment basis

looking for experienced candidates

Qualifications

Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an Estimate Engineer
or in a similar estimation role
Must have prior experience working in a construction company
or be
currently handling estimation work
Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, BOQs, rate analysis, Steel Calculation and cost estimation
Ability to analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents
Proficiency in MS Excel
and estimation-related tools
Good communication and coordination skills
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience in residential and commercial construction is an added advantage
Open to full-time employment or project-wise payment
