JOB PROFILE –

Specific to the Role

Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications.

Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil, structural, architectural, MEP, or related works.

• Conduct quantity take-off, rate analysis, and cost comparison.

• Ensure submission of technically compliant and commercially competitive tenders.

• Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors for materials, equipment, and services & Evaluate received quotations for accuracy, compliance, and competitiveness

• Support project teams in preparing BOQ, project budgets based on awarded tenders.

• Coordination & Documentation for tender clarifications, pre-bid queries, and attend client meetings

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS –

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (depending on specialization).

Overall Experience

Minimum 5 Years of relevant experience (Highways/Buildings

/powerplants)

Type of industry

Any/ Experience in Infrastructure (EPC) Company

Budget

Professional Efficiency

Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software (e.g., Primavera, etc.)
