HR Officer

The role of Officer Contract Labour Management at our renowned Savli Plant, spread over 30 acres with three operational units, requires a proactive and tactful individual. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating with contractors to ensure an adequate and timely supply of contract labor based on operational requirements, monitoring and ensuring compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations, and maintaining productive industrial relations with contractors and laborers on-site. You will also be responsible for facilitating efficient communication between contractors, workers, and the management team, ensuring accurate record-keeping of attendance, wages, and statutory documentation for contract workers, conducting regular inspections and audits to uphold compliance standards, and addressing and resolving grievances tactfully to maintain a positive and harmonious work environment. To excel in this role, you should possess a degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, along with an in-depth understanding of labor laws and statutory requirements. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are essential for managing contractor relationships, while proficiency in MS Office will be crucial for efficient reporting and record management. You should also have the ability to multitask and work in a dynamic, fast-paced industrial setting.
