Collaborate with senior recruiters to efficiently close open positions. 👀 What We’re Looking For: 6 months to 2 years of experience in non-IT recruitment (Manufacturing, FMCG, Operations, Supply Chain, etc.). Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills. Familiarity with platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking. Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
