Job Description: We are seeking a committed and result-oriented HR Officer with hands-on experience in contract labour management, time office activities, and plant-level HR operations . The role involves close coordination with production and contractor teams to ensure smooth manpower management and compliance at the shop floor level. Key Responsibilities: Manage contract labour operations , including attendance tracking, documentation, wage coordination, and statutory compliance. Handle time office functions such as shift rosters, attendance monitoring, leave records, and overtime management. Liaise with contractors and department heads to ensure adequate manpower deployment across all shifts. Support HR operational activities including payroll input, employee engagement initiatives, and disciplinary documentation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR data, reports, and statutory records for audits. Ensure adherence to labour laws, factory act provisions, and internal HR policies. Assist in implementing HR systems and processes at the plant level. Candidate Profile: Qualification: MSW (Master of Social Work) / MBA - Human Resource Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setup (preferably in plant HR or time office roles). Gender: Male candidates preferred.
