HR Officer

As an HR Coordinator at our company, your role will involve managing and coordinating contractual manpower and their records. You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining contracts and agreements related to HR and vendors. Additionally, you will handle record keeping and documentation for both employees and contract workers. Your duties will also include overseeing time office functions, such as attendance tracking and reporting. Utilizing HR software and tools like Savior and MS Excel will be a part of your daily tasks. You will also maintain employee databases and generate HR reports as needed. Moreover, you will provide support for general HR and administrative tasks as assigned. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. A minimum of 1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles is required. You should have a good understanding of labour laws and contract management. Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with tools like Savior are essential. Strong organizational and communication skills are necessary for this role. Your ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality will be crucial.
