The role ensures that HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented and maintained in compliance with organizational goals and labor laws. Key Responsibilities: · Recruitment · Managing Employee Records · Payroll Management · Policy - SOP Making and Management · Performance Evaluation · Documentation · Office Management & Maintenance · Employee Engagement and Get to Gather Activities · Handle Employees’ Grievance and Counselling · Take Disciplinary Actions and Issuing Notices · Full and Final Settlement · Joining and Exit Formalities · Leave Management Qualifications and Skills: · Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. · Strong knowledge of HR functions. · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. · High level of confidentiality and professionalism. · Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
