Role & responsibilities

  • BASIC HR ACTIVITIES- Searching of suitable candidates on job portals, arranging interviews, documentation & joining formalities, making candidates understand company rules and culture, arranging training.
  • Organizing HR activities recreational & motivational - in company.
  • Attendance monitoring and ensuring basic discipline in team.
  • Business MIS to management on critical parameters.
  • Monitoring revenue related activities and reporting to Management.
  • Handling of some important customers for payments and their issues.
  • Daily monitoring of LinkedIn account with new information about company.

Candidates Profile

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience of handling HR and MIS activities.
  • Good knowledge of MS office and advance excel.
  • Good Communication and Analytical in approach.
  • Multitasking capability.
  • A positive and team person. Self-disciplined.
  • Graduate in any discipline with very good MS office working knowledge.
