HR MIS Executive

How can you make an Impact?

* Collect, compile, and maintain HR data (e.g., Monthly Operations MIS, Recruitment MIS, L&D MIS,

payroll, compliance) in a centralized database.

* Prepare and deliver accurate MIS reports, including HR metrics.

* Analyze HR data to identify trends, provide insights, and support decision-making for major HR

initiatives.

* Create and maintain daily operational data & dashboards to track and report on KPIs; assist in volume

forecast and capacity planning as needed

* Identify opportunities to streamline MIS processes and enhance data quality through automation or

system upgrades.

* Support HR leadership with customized reports for audits, reviews, or strategic planning.

What are we looking for?

* If you are a Bachelor’s degree in commerce, masters preferred and passionate about data analysis.

* Strong ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations

* Sound business decision-making ability

* Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

* Min 3 to 5 years of experience (insurance & BPO industry is preferred)

* Well versed with MS XL & power BI or similar data

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
