HR MIS Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our HR team as an HR MIS Executive. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with strong Excel skills and a keen interest in HR data management. The role involves maintaining HR records, generating reports, and supporting various HR operations through accurate and timely data handling. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update employee data in HR systems and Excel trackers. Generate basic HR reports such as attendance, leave summary, and employee headcount. Assist in preparing monthly dashboards and metrics for HR reviews. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee information. Support HR operations such as onboarding, exit data tracking, and document management. Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and validation. Learn and adapt to HR software tools (HRIS/Payroll systems). Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or IT). 0–1 year of experience in HR or MIS-related work (internships count). Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Willingness to learn HR systems and reporting tools. Basic understanding of HR functions is a plus. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
