About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage key HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the [industry – e.g., healthcare/pharma/IT] sector and a passion for building strong teams and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
Manage onboarding and induction processes
Ensure smooth execution of HR operations and compliance
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
Maintain and update HR policies and documentation
Support performance management processes

Key Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Working knowledge of HRMS tools
Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
