  Role Summary: Drive the day-to-day HR functions—recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, performance, compliance, training, and HR systems management—ensuring a fair, efficient, and employee-centric workplace.   Key Responsibilities ·      Provide guidance on HR policies and mediate employee concerns ·      Support performance evaluations and training programs ·      Manage payroll accuracy and benefits administration ·      Maintain compliance through policy development and record-keeping ·      Use HR systems to record data and generate insightful reports   Requirements ·      Bachelor’s degree in relevant field ·      Prior experience in HR duties or similar roles ·      Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office ·      Strong communication, organization, and ethical decision-making skills
