The candidate will focus on assisting customers with BBPS (Bharat Bill Payment System) bill payments, providing a smooth transaction experience, and cross-selling PayDash services wherever applicable. Key ResponsibilitiesAttend and assist walk-in customers for BBPS bill payments. Provide end-to-end support for electricity, water, gas, DTH, telecom, and other utility bill payments under BBPS. Educate customers about PayDash services, offers, and digital payment solutions. Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions. Resolve basic queries and escalate technical/payment issues to the concerned team. Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and RBI/BBPS guidelines. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly customer servicing and transaction targets. Cross-sell other PayDash financial services (AEPS, DMT, Recharge, etc.) to increase walk-in revenue. Qualifications & SkillsMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred. 0–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or retail operations (freshers welcome). Basic knowledge of digital payments / bill payment systems preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-first attitude with problem-solving mindset.
