Turium AI is a global enterprise AI company building transformative, secure, and scalable solutions for governments and enterprises worldwide. Our Hyderabad office is a fast-growing hub supporting innovation, service delivery, and client operations.


We are looking for a HR & Marketing Coordinator to oversee HR operations and lead team management in our Hyderabad office while supporting marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand and service offerings. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of people, culture, compliance, and communications.


Key Responsibilities:


Human Resources (Core Focus)

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations for the Hyderabad office, including recruitment, onboarding and exit processes.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, Shops & Establishments Act, and applicable statutory requirements
  • Maintain and update employment contracts and service agreements in line with local regulations.
  • Coordinate and prepare payroll inputs, ensuring accuracy of attendance, leave while maintaining up-to-date and compliant HR records for all employees
  • Implement employee engagement, training, and performance management initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for workplace issues, grievances, and other queries.


Marketing & Brand Support

  • Act as the local point of contact for the global marketing team.
  • Capture photos, short videos, and updates from the Hyderabad office to highlight team culture, milestones, and client visits.
  • Draft short content pieces (event recaps, achievements) for use on LinkedIn and other channels.
  • Support in organising office events or activities that may require brand materials, videography, or photography.
  • Ensure Hyderabad’s growth and team activities are represented in Turium’s broader brand presence


Required Qualifications:


  • 2–4 years’ experience in Human Resources, with exposure to Indian employment law and HR operations.
  • Proven experience managing HR processes such as contracts, compliance, recruitment, and employee relations.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills; ability to work with both HR duties and marketing support.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll coordination and statutory compliance in India.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing or corporate communications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in IT/tech or service-based companies preferred.
  • MUST:

    Ability to work hours in Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT)/Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST)
