Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR practices and processes, ensuring a positive workplace environment that aligns with our company's goals.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a strong talent pipeline.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Manage the HR budget and ensure compliance with labor regulations and laws.
Enhance employee benefits programs and ensure they are competitive and aligned with business goals.

Skills and Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
Strong understanding of HR practices and labor legislation in India.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with performance management systems and employee engagement strategies.
