Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to oversee administrative tasks, HR functions, and team engagement across our 3 units. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, administration, and team management. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Management: Oversee administrative tasks, including travel arrangements, bookings, and logistics. HR Functions: Manage hiring processes, employee paperwork, and compliance with labor laws. Team Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to boost team morale and engagement. Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations, handle grievances, and resolve conflicts. Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Requirements: 2-5 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in a manufacturing setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Nice to Have: Experience with HR software and systems Certification in HR or administration Familiarity with manufacturing industry regulations, knowledge of labor laws and regulations shall be an added advantage If you're an organized and people-focused professional looking to make an impact, we'd love to hear from you!
