Role Overview – HR Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources initiatives and drive a vibrant, employee centric culture. This is a full-time, on site position based in Trivandrum.As an HR leader, you will oversee recruitment, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and HR operations playing a pivotal role in shaping the organizational growth of THiNC.

Key Responsibilities

Lead HR operations, policies & compliance
Recruitment, staffing and and implement talent acquisition strategies
Strengthen company culture and employee engagement
Drive performance management and organizational development
Build a diverse and inclusive workplace

Qualifications

Master’s /Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
HR Certifications (PHR/SPHR) – a plus
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations
