Heriytage is a leading hospitality and event management company in Solapur, known for excellence in service and creating memorable experiences. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team and lead human resource functions aligned with our growth vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, onboarding, and employee engagement.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Oversee payroll management and attendance systems.
• Conduct training & development programs to enhance workforce skills.
• Drive performance management, appraisals, and succession planning.
• Foster a positive work culture and employee well-being initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of HR management experience
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.
