Food & Beverage (F&B) Captain
Location: Heriyatge, Solapur

About Us:
Heriyatge Solapur is a premium destination for events, banquets, and hospitality, known for excellence in service and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a passionate and experienced F&B Captain to lead our service team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day F&B operations across restaurant, banquets, and events.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless service.
• Train, guide, and motivate service staff to maintain Heriyatge standards.
• Handle guest queries, feedback, and resolve complaints professionally.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Monitor stock and requisition supplies when required.
• Assist in planning layouts, setups, and smooth execution of events.
• Support management in achieving revenue and guest satisfaction goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as F&B Captain / Supervisor in hotels, banquets, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-handling skills.
• Excellent knowledge of food & beverage service.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or relevant field preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
