Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end HR operations, including employee life cycle activities such as recruitment, onboarding, training & development, performance management, appraisal systems, and exit processes.
Oversee payroll administration and statutory compliance for all employees across India locations.
Ensure seamless integration of new hires into the organization through induction programs and ongoing support.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-8 years of experience in Human Resources with expertise in generalist activities like HR administration, employee engagement, grievance handling etc. .
MBA/PGDM degree from a reputable institution (preferably specialization in HR/Industrial Relations).
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.

Preferred candidate profile:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager, who can independently handle start to end process of all HR activities including all process of Recruitment, Salary computation, Full & Final settlement, Attending and dealing with all Government departments like Factory Inspector, Labour Inspector, BMC all departments, MPB and full fill all compliance requirement whichever is mandatory, etc.

Candidates with prior experience of working in factory of minimum 100 workers would be of added advantage.
