Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead human resources operations at our open-end spinning textile plant, ensuring smooth workforce management and statutory compliance. Key Responsibilities: •Handle end-to-end HR operations for the plant: recruitment, onboarding, training, and workforce management. •Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Factory Act, etc.), and company policies. •Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions. •Develop and implement HR policies for attendance, shift management, leave, and performance evaluation. •Coordinate payroll, benefits, and incentive systems in collaboration with accounts/finance. •Drive employee engagement, retention, and training programs for workers and staff. •Support management in manpower planning and productivity improvement initiatives.
