Key Responsibilities: •Handle end-to-end HR operations for the plant: recruitment, onboarding, training, and workforce management. •Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Factory Act, etc.), and company policies. •Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions. •Develop and implement HR policies for attendance, shift management, leave, and performance evaluation. •Coordinate payroll, benefits, and incentive systems in collaboration with accounts/finance. •Drive employee engagement, retention, and training programs for workers and staff. •Support management in manpower planning and productivity improvement initiatives.
We are looking for Chief Accountant to supervise, track and evaluate complete operations of our new Textile - Open end spinning business. • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department. • Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements. • Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles. •Coordinate and complete annual audits. •Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions. • Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy. • Evaluation of Costings. Requirements and skills • Proven 7 yrs work experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager. • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, accounting software (Tally ) and databases. • Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations. • High attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to direct and supervise. • Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) • Experience: Minimum 7 years
