Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an HR Manager. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. They will also develop HR policies, conduct employee training, and manage payroll and benefits. The HR Manager will work closely with department heads to ensure alignment of HR strategies with business goals and maintain a positive workplace culture.
