HR Manager

You should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Manufacturing industry. The job is located in Kochi. Your responsibilities will include acting as the statutory welfare officer for the plant, managing HRMS, handling daily attendance monitoring, preparing HRIS reports, and enrolling in NEEM and NAPS. You will also be responsible for coordinating on-boarding formalities, documentation for new joiners, coordinating induction training, and conducting interviews. Additionally, you will liaise with educational institutions, attend job fairs and campus recruitment drives to build a database of potential candidates. You will assist in Talent management initiatives such as Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, and Rewards & Recognition for employees as per the plan. You will also be involved in preparing various returns to factories/labor offices, maintaining registers and records as per Statutory norms, and displaying statutory notices. Furthermore, you will help employees avail ESI benefits, organize annual health checkups, arrange Employee ID cards, and visiting cards. For educational qualifications, a Graduate in Social Sciences/LLB with Labour laws specialization is required. A Post Graduate in HR (MBA/MSW/MHRM/MA-HR&IR) will be an advantage. This is a Full-time job with a Day shift schedule. The work location is in person.,
