We are looking for an experienced and passionate Team Leader / CTO who can lead our development team and deliver top-quality projects. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the development team to deliver projects on time. Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Core PHP, Laravel, CodeIgniter, and WordPress. Work on front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and scalability of projects. Review code, provide technical guidance, and resolve technical challenges. Coordinate with designers, developers, and marketing teams. Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices. Requirements: 3–4 years of strong experience in Core PHP, Laravel, CodeIgniter, WordPress, HTML, CSS, JS. Full Stack Development expertise. 2+ years of proven experience in leading a development team. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
