Job Title: HR Manager Experience Required: 5 to 10+ Years Industry: Manufacturing (Mandatory) Location: Irungattukottai Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹55,000 per month Key Responsibilities: HR Operations & Daily Management Supervise daily HR activities and ensure smooth functioning of the department. Oversee manpower planning and manage all staffing requirements including contract staffing. Coordinate with all departments for HR support and maintain operational harmony. Compliance & Legal Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including PF, ESI, Labour Laws, Factory Acts, etc. Manage and submit statutory forms like Form 5A , etc. on time. Handle factory-level HR compliance including shop floor labor law compliance and audits. Act as liaison for government inspections and audits related to HR and labor. Payroll & Compensation Oversee payroll processing, ensure accuracy and compliance with all statutory deductions. Manage salary structure, increments, and ensure on-time disbursement of salaries. Contract Staffing Efficiently manage contract employees, including documentation, attendance, payroll, and compliance. Coordinate with third-party staffing vendors for timely manpower availability. Production Costing & Capital Estimation (HR Perspective) Work closely with the finance and production teams to assess workforce-related cost estimation and budget planning. Process Improvement & Supervision Initiate and drive continuous improvements in HR processes and systems. Monitor and supervise departmental activities including HR, Admin, and Factory-related functions. Implement best HR practices suitable for a manufacturing environment. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in HR/Business Administration or related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience in an HR Manager role in the manufacturing industry (MANDATORY). In-depth knowledge of Labour Laws, Factory Act, and Statutory Compliances. Experience in handling contract staffing and statutory forms like Form 5A. Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills. Experience in production cost estimation and capital management (HR coordination role).
