Job Description: HR Manager Company: Rashee Realty Location: Vadodara, Gujarat Industry: Real Estate Consultancy (Corporate/Industrial consultant) Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month Preferred Candidate: Female, MBA (HR), with prior experience in the real-estate industry About Rashee Realty: Rashee Realty is a reputed real-estate consultancy firm in Vadodara, specializing in property brokerage and advisory services. We assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties with transparency and professionalism. Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage all HR functions including HR policies, compensation & appraisal systems, and recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong industry knowledge, interpersonal skills, and the ability to support a growing real-estate consultancy team. Key Responsibilities: HR Policy & ComplianceDevelop, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements. Maintain proper documentation, employee records, and HR databases. Implement workplace discipline, grievance handling, and employee welfare initiatives. Compensation, Appraisal & Performance ManagementManage payroll coordination and ensure timely salary processing. Design appraisal frameworks and conduct performance review cycles. Maintain compensation structures, incentive plans, and commission policies aligned with the real-estate sector. Track KPIs and performance metrics for sales, operations, and support teams. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales executives, Field staff, and Administrative roles. Prepare job descriptions, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and maintain hiring pipelines. Coordinate onboarding, induction, and employee training programs. Support management in improving employee satisfaction and retention. Foster a positive and professional work culture. Required Qualifications & Skills: MBA in Human Resources (mandatory). Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the real-estate industry (preferred). Strong knowledge of HR policies, recruitment processes, and compensation management. Excellent communication, people management, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools. Ability to multitask and work independently.
