Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Handle hiring, interviewing, and onboarding of staff. Collaborate with department heads to identify required skills and competencies for roles.
Induction and Onboarding:
onboarding new employees with all formalities.
Policy & Compliance
Enforce company policies and practices. Ensure adherence to local employment laws and regulatory requirements.
Performance Management
Conduct performance evaluations, facilitate feedback, and manage disciplinary actions and terminations as per company policy.
Strategic Partnership & Succession Planning
Work with leadership to align HR strategy with business needs. Develop retention and succession strategies to prepare for future talent requirements.
Learning & Development
Design and implement training initiatives to support internal employee growth and readiness.
Staying Updated on Best Practices
Keep abreast of HR trends, regulatory changes, and evolving technologies in talent management and employment law.
