We're seeking an experienced HR Manager [Male] to lead our human resources functions across our hotel group. As a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills, you will develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with our business goals.
Candidate should have minimum 15 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in the hotel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
Recruitment and Talent Management: Oversee recruitment processes, talent development, and succession planning
Employee Relations: Manage employee conflicts, disciplinary actions, and grievances
Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, hotel policies, and industry standards
Performance Management: Establish performance goals and provide feedback to enhance employee performance
Requirements:
Education: Relevant university degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Experience: 15 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in the hotel industry
Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
