Administer employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, etc.). 2. Develop and implement compensation strategies to attract and retain talent. 3. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Training and Development 1. Develop and deliver training programs for employees. 2. Support employee development and growth initiatives. 3. Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements. Compliance and Risk Management 1. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and hospital policies. 2. Manage employee documentation and records. 3. Identify and mitigate HR-related risks. Employee Engagement 1. Develop and implement employee engagement strategies. 2. Support employee recognition and reward programs. 3. Foster a positive work environment. Policy Development 1. Develop and update hospital HR policies and procedures. 2.
