KEY DELIVERABLES:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee employee induction, training, and development programs.
• Standard operating procedure development and implementation
• KRI/KPI Development and implementation
• Customer Service training and managerial Development
• Act as a trusted advisor to Employees and Leadership on HR-related

matters.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary

procedures.

• Analyze HR metrics to improve decision-making and process

QUALIFICATION/ EXPERIENCE / AGE :

• Master in Business Administration –HR
• Age between 30 to 35 years
• Minimum 5 to 6 years as HR Manager in the relevant field
• Experience in Retail Jewelry, Retail Industry is preferred

RENUMERATION AND OTHER PERKS

• Salary – 25,000 & Above
