Job Summary

We are looking for a self-motivated and responsible HR Executive. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher to 6 months of experience to gain exposure to all aspects of HR in a professional work environment.

Responsibilities And Duties:

Handle end-to-end recruitment process - sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.

Manage employee joining formalities, induction, and onboarding process.

Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management.

Organize employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.

Assist management in implementing HR policies and ensuring adherence.

Maintain employee records and update HR documentation.

Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications And Skills:

Bachelors degree in BBA, MBA, or a related field.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.

Soft Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle basic employee concerns.
