Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR professional who can lead and support end-to-end human resource functions and help us build a positive and growth-driven work culture. Key Responsibilities:Manage recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding Develop and implement HR policies and procedures Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution Oversee payroll coordination and attendance records Maintain HR documentation and ensure statutory compliance (ESIC, PF, etc.) Organize training programs and employee engagement activities KRA & KPI creation & Conduct performance reviews and appraisals Support senior management in workforce planning and organisational development
