Job Description

As an HR Manager Onshore at Mohali Sector 82 JLPL, your role will involve leading the recruitment and HR operations functions for the onshore team, with a primary focus on talent acquisition (70%) and HR operations (30%). Your extensive HR experience of 8-10 years, including at least 4-5 years in managing onshore recruitment and operations, will be valuable in this dynamic, multi-location setup. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for onshore roles, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, contract preparation, and onboarding. - Develop and execute strategic hiring plans aligned with business needs and growth objectives. - Build and maintain a talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and agency partnerships. - Define role requirements and selection criteria in collaboration with directors or department heads. - Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports for management. - Promote employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's job portals. - Ensure compliance of all recruitment processes with onshore employment laws and internal policies. - Oversee day-to-day employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities. - Maintain and audit HR records and documentation. - Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions according to company policy. - Support and monitor performance appraisal cycles and employee engagement programs. - Collaborate with CEO/Directors for process alignment, policy updates, and reporting. Key Skills & Competencies: - Strong knowledge of Australian laws, recruitment standards, and compliance. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills. - Strategic thinker with hands-on operational capability. - Strong multitasking, analytical, and organizational skills. - Proficiency in HRIS/ATS systems and MS Office tools. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 8-10 years of overall HR experience, with 4-5 years of proven experience in onshore recruitment and HR operations. - Experience in the education, consultancy, or professional services industry is advantageous.
