Job Description

Job Desciption: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be sales-oriented , responsible , and possess excellent communication skills. Prior experience in the international call center or insurance sector or Marketing is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to promote company products and services Provide detailed product briefings to clients and confidently handle objections Build rapport with clients and retain their interest during calls Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM system Coordinate with internal teams to ensure monthly targets are met. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably in an international call center or insurance industry Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong persuasive and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Goal-driven with a positive, can-do attitude Preferred: Experience with CRM tools and reporting Availability to work flexible shifts, 5AM-1:30PM or 8AM-4:30PM Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Morning shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 95014 67764
