HR Manager - Night Shift

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes during the night shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and ensuring a healthy work culture aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various departments
• Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads
• Design and implement onboarding plans and orientation programs
• Employee Engagement & Relations:
• Build strong employee relationships and resolve workplace issues
• Conduct employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives
• Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
• HR Operations:
• Maintain HR records, attendance, and leave management
• Manage payroll coordination and monthly salary processing
• Prepare and share HR reports and dashboards with management
• Policy & Compliance:
• Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws
• Draft, review, and update HR policies and procedures
• Handle audits and compliance-related documentation
• Performance Management:
• Drive appraisal cycles and performance reviews
• Identify training and development needs
• Support leadership in succession planning

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of HR practices and compliance
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently during night hours

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
