Job Overview:

Manager HR

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Direct and manage full-cycle recruitment to meet organizational talent needs
  • Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to define hiring requirements and job specifications
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through online platforms job boards, and recruitment agencies.
  • Develop and manage employee referral programs to boost internal sourcing
  • Analyse recruitment metrics and hiring forecasts to plan future talent requirements
  • Utilize tools like ATS and LinkedIn for effective hiring, especially for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Build and maintain relationships with recruitment vendors and external partners.

HR Operations:

  • Manage HR operations including onboarding & employee life cycle
  • Ensure alignment with employment laws and regulations.
  • Implement and oversee HR software systems for efficient operations (e.g., attendance, Payroll & HRMS)

Engagement:

  • Carry out engagement initiatives, including Training & Development programs, to enhance employee productivity and foster a positive organizational culture.
  • Conduct cultural due diligence during acquisitions or site takeovers to ensure smooth integration and alignment with organizational values.
  • Support organizational culture by fostering a healthy, inclusive, and engaging work environment.

Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to all statutory requirements and labour laws, maintaining full compliance with applicable regulations and organizational policies.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • MBA degree in Human Resources from Tier 1 Institutes. (Mandatory)
  • 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
  • In-depth knowledge of HR systems including applicant tracking systems and HRMS/payroll tools.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, HR compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for decision-making
