Job

• Develop and maintain automation for system provisioning, deployment, and configuration management.
• Design and operate CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid, reliable, and repeatable software releases.
• Oversee deployment of trading strategies, market data handlers, and order execution systems across development, staging, and production environments.
• Streamline and coordinate release cycles to reduce downtime and mitigate deployment risks.
• Establish and maintain robust rollback and recovery mechanisms for mission-critical trading systems.
• Implement comprehensive real-time monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks to ensure system reliability.
• Support high-availability architectures, including failover mechanisms and disaster recovery strategies.
• Collaborate with developers, quants, and infrastructure teams to safely integrate code into production environments.
• Promote and enforce DevOps best practices, security standards, and compliance across trading systems.

Required

• 5-7 years of experience in software engineering
• Strong programming background in C++
• Experience in building real-time systems, preferably in trading or financial services
• Proven track record in managing high-performance teams
• Deep understanding of DevOps tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks
• Exposure to back-testing frameworks and event-driven architectures
• Strong understanding of system design, performance tuning, and production reliability
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
