Job Description

Position Title:

  • Managing employee connect activities at the client site.
  • Design & Implementation of Employee engagement calendar.
  • Grievance handling.
  • Rewards & Recognition.
  • Employee retention.
  • Managing Client & Customer expectations through efficient HR processes.

Talent Acquisition:

  • Plan recruitment process for the various functions, both for lateral and fresher hires.
  • Work closely with the location teams on sourcing, assessment interviews and compensation fitment.
  • Ongoing interaction with the Practice in understanding morale boosters/ concerns.
  • Initiating good HR practices which could improve employee morale and increase employee engagement.
  • Engaging with the Business in their reviews and driving HR policies/ processes through them.
  • Managing the location teams in ensuring consistency in policies and processes.
  • Facilitate the performance management process within the functions.
  • Supporting the Functional Manager in the yearly performance management exercise.
  • Facilitating the year end activities for the service line manpower budgets, salary cost projections etc.

Statutory Compliance & Payroll:

  • Ensure a high level of understanding and compliance with existing and proposed legislation for HR
    Ensure along with the Training personnel that the Training and Development activity is carried out at individual and group level Ensure the timely payment of salaries to office and staff at client premises
  • Liase with the Government authorities on compliances and labour issues
  • Support Business Development Team with preparation of proposals, quotations and mobilisation of new sites using Clients for Life principles.

Industrial Relations:

  • Ensuring prompt & timely resolution of employee grievances & maintaining cordial employee relations.
  • Negotiating and amicably settling disputes with the Union and maintaining discipline & harmonious working environment across all employee levels.
  • Interfacing with Statutory Bodies.
  • Ensuring that the teams are sufficiently staffed according to budgets

Qualification :

  • Should be MBA (HR) from a good B school with work exp of 6+ Yrs
  • Should be able to manage 8-9 team members
  • Well rounded HR generalist with Specific Strength in Change Management, HR Transformation, digitalization of HR, Customer Centricity- Effective relationships and Network in the HR fraternity.
