HR Manager

As an HR Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals and manufacturing operations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the recruitment process, managing employee performance appraisals and development programs, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations. You will also be responsible for administering compensation and benefits programs, maintaining employee records, and implementing employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals - Oversee recruitment process for various roles across departments - Manage employee performance appraisals and development programs - Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations - Administer compensation and benefits programs - Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality - Implement employee engagement initiatives - Prepare and analyze HR metrics for data-driven decision-making - Foster a positive workplace environment in line with company values Qualifications Required: - At least 10 years of experience in HR Manager or similar role - Strong understanding of HR practices and compliance requirements, particularly in manufacturing - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage HR functions in a high-paced manufacturing environment - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field In this role, you will need to be a sharp, strategic thinker with the ability to implement HR solutions that address our business needs.
