Job SummaryThe HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and HR policy implementation. The role ensures alignment of HR strategies with organizational goals and fosters a positive workplace culture. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes Oversee employee relations, engagement, and grievance handling Lead performance management processes, appraisals, and feedback systems Manage compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and rewards programs Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements Plan and execute training & development programs Support leadership in workforce planning and succession planning Maintain HR records, reports, and HRMIS systems Promote company culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools
