As an HR professional, you will play a crucial role in driving the entire HR ecosystem within the company. This includes handling recruitment, retention, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and career development. Your focus will be on fostering a vibrant and collaborative workplace culture while also actively participating in organizational events, team-building initiatives, and strategic hiring aligned with the company's fast-growing IT services.
