We are a startup looking for an experienced and senior HR Manager to handle our human resourcing needs and all HR-related requirements. The ideal candidate should have expertise in setting up complete HR compliance within the company, monitoring staff performance, and managing new hiring processes. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes. Monitor staff performance and establish performance evaluation systems. Handle payroll management, attendance tracking, and leave policies. Address employee grievances and foster a positive work culture. Ensure timely and efficient workforce planning and talent acquisition. Develop and implement training and development programs. This is a part-time position with the flexibility to work from home. However, candidates who prefer to work from our office are also welcome.
