Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Warangal for an HR Manager Intern (Unpaid) at CodeVel Technologies. The HR Manager Intern will assist with day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, and facilitating employee engagement activities. The intern will also support the HR team in drafting job descriptions, scheduling interviews, and implementing HR policies and procedures.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous HR internship experience is a plus
