Role & responsibilities Qualification: Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A masters degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is preferred. Role Overview: The HR Lead will be responsible for spearheading the organization's recruitment strategies to attract top talent and overseeing the HR functions at one of our manufacturing plants. This dual role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in talent acquisition and a solid understanding of plant HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company's staffing needs. Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and create job descriptions. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Utilize various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, recruitment agencies) to attract qualified candidates. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate reporting and compliance. Stay informed about market trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Plant HR Management: Oversee daily HR operations at the manufacturing plant, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts promptly. Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems to drive employee engagement and productivity. Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, benefits, and other HR-related transactions.
