Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Act as a
senior HR advisor
to Business Heads, Regional Heads, and Functional Leaders.
Translate IMPALs business strategy into
people strategy, organizational capability, and workforce plans
.
Lead
annual and long-term manpower planning
across branches, warehouses, and corporate functions.
Drive
organization structure design, role clarity, and span-of-control optimization
.
Drive
career frameworks, internal mobility, and retention strategies
.
Support leadership development programs aligned with TVS Group values and IMPALs growth plans.
Lead and manage
complex employee relations matters
, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and investigations.
Guide line managers on handling sensitive people issues with maturity and compliance.
Own and drive the
performance management framework
, including KPIs, reviews, and PIPs.
Enable business leaders to improve
productivity, accountability, and performance culture
.
Ensure compensation practices are
market-aligned, internally equitable, and budget-compliant
.
Design and implement
retention and recognition programs
for critical talent.
Identify
capability gaps
and align training interventions with business needs.
Drive change communication, adoption, and employee readiness.
Ensure
consistent implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and statutory compliance
across regions.
Drive continuous improvement through data-led decision-making.
